1. Who operates this Extension

The Extension is published by the Nevos Trading Extension project. For privacy questions, contact us through the official Discord linked on nevos-extension.com or the support channels listed there.

2. Data we collect

Depending on which features you enable, the Extension may process the following categories of information:

• Extension settings and preferences — toggles for features (for example trade list values, notifications, UI options), notification thresholds, theme choices, and similar options you set in the popup or options page.
• Locally cached trading data — item value lookups, trade list helpers, thumbnail URLs, and small caches so the Extension does not repeat the same public API requests on every page load. This data is derived from public Roblox/Rolimons/Routility sources or from data already visible to you on Roblox.
• Website content you view on supported Roblox pages — when you visit supported Roblox URLs (trades, catalog, profiles/inventory, and related pages listed in the Extension manifest), content scripts read page content and public Roblox API responses needed to show values, trade helpers, filters, proof/history tools, and similar in-page features. This includes trade metadata, item IDs, usernames/user IDs visible on the page, and images/thumbnails already loaded by Roblox.
• Optional authentication-related data you choose to save — if you enable optional 2FA autofill, you may store a TOTP secret in extension storage. If you use the optional password lock for that secret, the secret is encrypted with a password-derived key before storage. We do not store your Roblox password or .ROBLOSECURITY cookie.
• Optional user-provided configuration — for example a Discord webhook URL you enter for trade notifications, Rolimons trade-ad settings, or item proof search inputs. These are stored locally unless a feature explicitly sends them to a third party you configured (see Sharing).
• Feature-specific payloads sent to our servers — only when you use features that call nevos-extension.com APIs (for example trade history lookup, trade analysis/trade check, trade-ad notification feed, or version/update checks). Those requests may include trade IDs, item IDs, usernames/user IDs, and trade contents needed to run the feature you requested.
• Screenshots (Quick Proof) — only when you click the Proof button on a Roblox trade page. The Extension uses the activeTab permission to capture the currently active tab image for your proof. We do not capture tabs in the background.

What we do not collect from you directly: We do not require your name, email, postal address, payment card, or government ID to use the Extension. We do not operate a user account system inside the Extension. We do not intentionally collect passwords or Roblox session cookies (.ROBLOSECURITY).

3. How we use data

We use the information above only to:

• Provide and maintain Extension features you enable (trade values, notifications, filters, catalog/profile helpers, trade history/analysis, trade ads, proof tools, and related UI).
• Remember your settings between browser sessions.
• Reduce repeated downloads of the same public item/trade data through local caching.
• Check for Extension updates and display update information.
• Send optional notifications or webhooks you configure (for example inbound trade alerts or Discord webhooks you supply).

We do not use Extension data for advertising, unrelated marketing, credit decisions, or building cross-site profiles of you.

4. How we store data

• On your device: Most settings, caches, notification state, optional encrypted 2FA secrets, and feature state are stored in chrome.storage.local (or the equivalent browser extension storage API). Data remains on your device until you clear extension storage, uninstall the Extension, or use in-Extension controls that reset caches.
• Retention: Cached trade/item data is kept only as long as needed for performance (typically minutes to hours, depending on the cache) or until cleared by you, the browser, or an Extension update. Settings persist until you change or remove them.
• On our servers: When you use server-backed features, related request data may be processed on nevos-extension.com infrastructure for the duration needed to complete the request and any short operational logging described below. We do not use those requests to build advertising profiles.

5. How we share data

We do not sell or rent user data. We share information only as needed to operate features you use:

• Roblox (*.roblox.com, thumbnails.roblox.com) — public trade, catalog, user, and thumbnail API requests made from your browser so the Extension can show data Roblox already provides to signed-in users.
• Rolimons (rolimons.com, api.rolimons.com) — item value and trade-ad related requests when those features are used. The Extension may read or clear the Rolimons _RoliVerification cookie only for trade-ad verification/posting features you use.
• Routility (routility.io) — optional USD/value data when you enable related display options.
• roautotrade.com — optional item proof lookup when that feature is used.
• Discord (discord.com) — only if you enter a webhook URL; trade notification content is sent to the webhook endpoint you provide. We do not receive your Discord password.
• Third-party APIs used by specific features — for example trade-analysis providers called by server-backed analysis endpoints when you run trade analysis/trade check.
• nevos-extension.com — update checks, trade history, trade analysis, trade-ad notification feeds, and related APIs declared in the Extension manifest.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security, but we do not otherwise transfer personal data to unrelated third parties.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The Extension requests the cookies permission only to read and clear Rolimons’ _RoliVerification cookie for trade-ad posting/verification features on Rolimons. The Extension does not read or exfiltrate Roblox authentication cookies such as .ROBLOSECURITY.

This website (nevos-extension.com) is a static download and information site and does not set tracking cookies for Extension functionality. Your browser or hosting provider may process standard server logs when you visit the site.

7. Permissions

The Extension requests browser permissions only for stated features:

• storage — save settings and local caches.
• alarms — scheduled background checks (for example optional inbound trade polling) in Manifest V3.
• notifications — optional desktop alerts when you enable trade notifications.
• activeTab — capture a screenshot of the current Roblox trade tab when you use Quick Proof.
• cookies — Rolimons verification cookie for trade-ad features only.
• Host permissions — access only to Roblox, Rolimons, Routility, roautotrade.com, nevos-extension.com, thumbnail hosts, and Discord webhook hosts declared in the manifest.

8. Remote code

The Extension does not load or execute remote JavaScript at runtime. All extension code is packaged in the distributed extension bundle. Network requests fetch JSON, images, or HTML from the services listed above; they do not download executable extension code.

9. Your choices and controls

• Disable individual features in the Extension popup/options.
• Turn off notifications or remove a Discord webhook URL you added.
• Clear extension storage or uninstall the Extension to remove locally stored data.
• Do not save optional 2FA secrets if you do not want that data stored locally.
• Use Roblox and Rolimons while signed out or without enabling server-backed features if you do not want related requests sent.

10. Children

The Extension is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Roblox account use is subject to Roblox’s own terms and age requirements.

11. Security

We use HTTPS for network requests where supported. Optional 2FA secrets may be encrypted with a user password before local storage. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure; use the Extension at your own risk and protect your Roblox and Rolimons accounts as you would normally.

12. International users

Servers and third-party services you connect to may process data in countries other than your own. By using features that contact those services, you understand that processing may occur where those providers operate.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the Extension after an update means you accept the revised policy.
